Do not move the seats from their assigned positions. \n\n\n\n3) Virtual attendees will be seen on the main screen of the conference room\, and we will have speakers to allow in person attendees to hear Zoom attendees. \n\n\n\n3) Once the meeting begins\, please take your seats and keep as quite as possible\, so virtual attendees can hear the meeting in progress. \n\n\n\n4) The moderator will call out the names of the attendees who will speak next\, alternating between in person and virtual attendees. \n\n\n\n5) Please speak clearly and loudly so everyone\, especially virtual attendees\, can hear your message clearly.
