National City's rich artistic heritage will be on display this summer at the National City Library From July 11 to August 18, the National City Library invites you to honor our city's vibrant art scene by joining us for the Face Behind The Art: Celebrating National City Artists. This summer long festival will showcase artists who have lived in and have been influenced by our beautiful city.
