Our Presenter is Laura Dietrick from the University of San Diego:

Dr. Laura Deitrick is the Executive Director of The Nonprofit Institute and a Professor of Practice in Leadership Studies at the University of San Diego. 
Dr. Deitrick holds a PhD in Leadership Studies and an MA in Nonprofit Leadership and Management, both from the University of San Diego, as well as a BA in Economics from San Diego State University. She serves on the board of the Barrio Logan College Institute and is the co-author of Cases in Nonprofit Management: A Hands-on Approach to Problem Solving, published by Sage.
