Title:
Still Standing: How Nonprofit Leaders Can Stay Strong in the Face of Mission Fatigue
Program Description:
Nonprofit leaders are the heart of mission-driven work—but even the most passionate changemakers can burn out. Constantly navigating limited resources, high expectations, and emotional demands can lead to mission fatigue, a state of exhaustion that dims motivation and clarity of purpose.
This interactive workshop is designed for those who lead, manage, or collaborate with nonprofit professionals. Participants will explore the root causes and signs of mission fatigue, along with practical tools to help leaders reconnect with their "why," build sustainable habits, and foster resilience within themselves and their teams. Through reflective exercises and group dialogue, we’ll uncover how to create a supportive environment where leaders feel energized, not depleted.
