| Medical | The 4 Exam Rooms + 1 Treatment Room will house 2 Family Practice Physicians, serve 4,854 unduplicated patients; and generate 13,673 clinic visits. |
| Dental | The 6 Dental Operatories (Exam Rooms) will house 3 dentists, serve 3,506 unduplicated patients; and generate 9,675 clinic visits. |
