CFS Transportation provides non-emergency medical transportation for seniors and individuals with medical needs throughout San Diego County. We are currently hiring full-time Dispatcher who is organized, calm under pressure, and ready to support our drivers, passengers, and healthcare partners. This position requires availability Monday–Friday 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM, with opportunities for overtime. As a Dispatcher I, your day will include answering calls from drivers, participants, clinics, and healthcare facilities, and helping manage daily transportation needs. You will use routing software to monitor trip progress across a large fleet, track driver locations, and make adjustments when needed. You will confirm, edit, and schedule trips, communicate important updates, and help guide drivers through situations that require dispatch support. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to stay focused in a fast-moving office environment. Dispatchers at CFS are dependable, patient, and committed to providing excellent customer service. You will play an important role in helping seniors get to their medical appointments safely and on time while supporting both drivers and clinic partners. A positive, patient, and team-focused attitude is essential.
