View Personal BioPhil EmeryPhil Emery is a dedicated commercial real estate broker with nearly two decades of experience serving San Diego County and the surrounding areas. Licensed by the California Department of Real Estate as a Salesperson since 2007, and as a Broker since 2009, Mr. Emery co-founded his prior brokerage AE Commercial Real Estate in 2009. He then launched Allied Commercial Properties. Mr. Emery’s professional mission has always been and continues to be clear: provide the highest level of service, integrity, and results.
Mr. Emery has completed a wide range of purchase, sale, and lease transactions across all commercial property types. He is known for his professionalism, responsiveness, loyalty, and client-first approach.
