Former President of the Philipines visits San Diego

His Excellency Fidel V. Ramos, Former President of the Philippines will visit the Filipino American community in San Diego to update his fellow countrymen (kababayans) about the Philippines’ economic climate and encourage them to also come and visit their homeland.
