National City Chamber of Commerce For A Special Meeting

NOTICE TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE NATIONAL CITY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE FOR A SPECIAL MEETING TO APPROVE AMENDMENTS TO BYLAWS, ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION, AND NEW CC&Rs

The members will be asked to approve amendments to the Chamber's articles of incorporation and bylaws and to approve new CC&Rs to be recorded against the Chamber's property at 901 National City Boulevard (the Chamber building). The changes will require a minimum vote of 75% of the members to sell, encumber or transfer the Chamber's property.

The motion made at the meeting will be substantially the same: Motion to approve amendments to the Chamber's articles of incorporation and bylaws and to approve new CC&Rs to be recorded against the Chamber's property at 901 National City Boulevard (the Chamber building) to require a minimum vote of 75% of the members to sell or encumber the Chamber's property.
