• 3:00 p.m.: Meet the Artist: Tidal Radiance by Leni Schwendinger
• 3:15 p.m.: Blessing Ceremony by the Viejas Band of Kumeyaay Indians
• 4:00 p.m.: Port Pavilion on Broadway Pier Dedication Ceremony
• 4:30 p.m: - 6:00 p.m.: Elliott Lawrence Smooth Jazz Guitar & Vocals Performance

• 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.: Carnival Rides
• 5:00 p.m.: San Diego Bay Parade of Lights Grandstand Seating Open to the Public
