Certified Master Automotive Technician/Mechanic
Posted: 12/21/2025Some of What You’ll do:
- Perform repairs and maintenance on vehicles assigned to you
- Inspect vehicles and report on vehicles condition and recommendations
- Check vehicle history for previous repairs and prior recommendations
- Document cause, cure, and correction statements for each operation on repair order
- Document flag and clock time on each repair order
- Check for open Recalls
- Instill confidence in the customer using “Fix It Right the First Time” protocols
- Partner with service advisors to ensure work is completed and done on time
- Build parts quotes, part availability, and procure parts from the parts department as needed
- Continue to develop your skills and certification through OEM training, on-line and in-house training, and OTJ experience
- Lead, train, and motivate a group of technicians
What we are looking for:
- Factory Master technician certification or ASE Master certification
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Proficient Computer Skills
- Professional work ethic and high integrity
- Ability to work as a team and/or independently
- Strong problem solving and follow up skills
