Sales and Services Supervisor

MyPoint is seeking a Sales and Service Supervisor for our Sports Arena branch. The position provides leadership, direction, and support to the branch sales and service branch staff in a high-volume and complex operating environment. Coaches and develops the staff’s technical, service, and sales skills to achieve Member satisfaction, operating integrity, and business growth. Responsible for the branch’s overall performance to budget and non-financial performance measures. Acts as Branch Manager in assigned branch or other branch as needed.    

The ideal candidate must have a high school degree or GED, five (5) years of related experience as a universal banker or similar role in a financial institution with one (1) year of supervisory experience, knowledge of and proficiency in branch operations, new accounts, lending and sales, ability to prepare and comprehend statistical data in order to evaluate branch production and effectiveness, working knowledge of financial operating systems and proficiency in Word, Excel and Windows, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 

Starting range: $67,000 - $75,000
