    Responsibilities:

    ? Coordinating and scheduling regular maintenance on vehicles between different departments in our CA market

    ? Ordering urgent or emergency repairs as needed

    ? Preparing and maintaining up to date DOT requirements for vehicles in the CA market

    ? Ensuring vehicle licensure and registration is up to date

    ? Ensuring all DOT drivers are compliant with state and federal requirements, have proper licensure and up to date training

    ? Monitoring Drivers to ensure adherence to proper driving practices

    ? Provide support to multiple teams regarding all equipment related issues for DOORS, PERP and CARB and any other CA regulations

    ? Conduct fleet evaluations to ensure maintenance standards and guidelines are met and is following all regulatory agencies including DOT

    ? Meet and confer with the construction team on achievements and weekly developments.

    ? Perform intakes on newly acquired vehicles and equipment

    ? Other related duties and projects as assigned

     

    Qualifications:

    ? Prior construction experience preferred

    ? 1+ year of fleet or related experience

    ? Knowledge of and ability to enforce federal, state, local and Company safety

    regulations/requirements

    ? Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

    ? Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

    ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    ? Strong organizational and planning skills

    ? Ability to work extended hours when necessary for business needs

    ? Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment

    ? Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license

    ? Knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations
